Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a technique that involves breathing in a circular rhythm without pausing between the inhale and exhale. This floods the body with oxygen and changes the balance of CO2, allowing you to bypass the "thinking brain" and access deep emotional and physical release.
Every session is a 90-minute guided journey accompanied by curated music to support your process. I prioritize comfort and safety above all else—we begin with you lying down, supported by eye pillows and my own handmade blankets to ensure you feel warm and held.
We start by connecting to the earth beneath us. I will guide you to scan your body, noticing any tension, pain, or restriction, and simply becoming aware of your natural breath.
I introduce a "3-part breath" to ease you into the practice. This allows you to slowly transition into the Conscious Connected Breath pattern without rushing.
As the breath pattern becomes established, you will move into the immersion phase. This is where the body responds to the increased oxygen and energy flow.
A short period of deeper, fuller breaths to maximize the release.
The most crucial part of the process. You will drift into deep relaxation and reflection, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the session.
We end with gentle stretching, grounding you back into the room, followed by reassurance and aftercare advice.
Breathwork is a practice, and your experience will evolve the more you show up.
It is completely normal to be "in your head" during your first time. You may focus heavily on getting the technique right or feel restriction in your belly. This is part of the learning curve; just breathe through it.
By now, the fear of the unknown is gone. You will likely feel safer, more open, and able to drop out of your mind and into your body quickly. This is where the deep rewards of calmness, relaxation, and mental clarity truly begin to shine.
Your safety is my priority. Because Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful modality that moves energy and oxygen physically and emotionally, it is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
If you experience a panic response or feel overwhelmed during the session, please know this is a safe space. I will support you in slowing down your breath—transitioning to nasal breathing to calm the nervous system—and provide reassurance. I also provide follow-up contact after the session to check in on your integration.
I run weekly group circles and private 1:1 sessions. Please reach out to book your spot.
