The Still Point is a space designed for those who have nothing left to give.

This workshop is for anyone who looks after others, either in a professional capacity or within the home. It is for those experiencing:
- Compassion Fatigue & Burnout: Feeling emotionally depleted and physically exhausted.
- Loss of Identity: Feeling like your own needs have become invisible under the demands of work, life, and caring.
- The "Guilt Gap": Wanting to rest but feeling guilty the moment you stop "doing."

In this space, "nurturing" means one thing: You come first. Unlike my more active Breathwork classes, The Still Point is a gentle, body-based approach. We do not ask more of you. Instead, we invite you to:
- Recognize Your Needs: Move from putting others first to noticing the sensations, tension, and needs of your own body.
- Breathe Without Pressure: Using gentle breath to settle the nervous system rather than push it.
- Internal Connection: While we move in a group setting, the work is deeply individual and internal. You are not here to perform or connect with others—you are here to reconnect with yourself.
