Conscious Connected Breathwork & Grief Support in Kilkenny.
I come to Breathwork with a diverse and deep foundation in care. With over 30 years of experience as a Nurse, I bring a grounded understanding of anatomy and physiology to every session, ensuring you are held in the safest possible hands.
Beyond my clinical background, I am a qualified Homeopath and an End of Life Doula. My work is driven by a passionate belief in the body’s innate intelligence and its profound ability to heal itself when given the right environment.
I am a calm, gentle spirit, and I believe in the power of softness. My sessions are Trauma-Informed and free of judgement. I pride myself on offering a space where you can come exactly as you are.
I hold a special dedication to Grief Work. Drawing on my experience as a Doula, I do not try to "fix" or "change" your grief. Instead, I provide a container where your grief can simply be witnessed, honored, and given the space to exist and move through you.
I am a mother to three grown children and a lover of nature and animals. I find my own grounding in the water, swimming in the river every single day, regardless of the season.
I am also a creative soul. In fact, the blankets you use in my sessions are hand-crocheted by me—a small, tangible reminder that in this space, you are wrapped in genuine care.
A powerful self-healing modality that uses a circular breathing pattern to access altered states of consciousness.
A gentle, non-judgemental space to witness and process loss. You do not have to carry it alone.
For carers, teachers, and those who give too much. A dedicated pause for radical self-care.
"I offer my presence as a sanctuary for comfort and healing. Through the power of the breath, I provide a non-judgemental space where your expression is welcomed, and your story is witnessed.
I bring deep compassion and empathy to help you soften, open, and find your way back to calm. I am not here to fix you—I am here to hold a gentle, safe space for your healing to unfold."
